Les participants occupent des postes de direction ou de conseil d'administration de niveau intermédiaire à supérieur dans diverses fédérations sportives internationales, nationales et régionales, des ministères et des conseils nationaux du sport, des universités et des organisations de sport pour le développement et d'activité physique. Tous avaient été identifiés comme futurs leaders au niveau de la haute direction par leurs organisations qui s'étaient également engagées à soutenir leur employé après la fin de la semaine.
